How long does it take to receive my custom apparel?
Since each piece is crafted to your specifications, please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order is shipped via your selected delivery method.
What is your return policy on custom-made items?
Due to the personalized nature of our custom rods and apparel, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Thorne Bros ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How should I care for my Thorne Bros branded clothing?
To preserve the quality of the prints and fabrics, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumble drying on low heat or air drying.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We begin processing orders immediately. You may request a change or cancellation within 2 hours of placement; however, once production has started, we cannot modify the order.
